The round was led by the Guoshou Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Fund, with existing investors Puhua Capital and Chengtong Science and Technology Innovation Fund increasing their stakes. Additional participants included Blue Lake Capital, Boyan Technology, Panggu Venture Capital, Zhaohui Capital, Caixin Capital, Daohe Long-Term Investment, Yigao Capital, and Mingde Capital.

Deep Wisdom stated that all product lines have generated commercial orders, with total contract value reaching tens of millions of yuan. The company confirmed that negotiations for the next financing round are currently in the final stages.
