Roborock Technology Subsidiary Partners with NVIDIA to Co-Develop Next-Generation Co-Packaged Optics Solutions

Roborock Technology disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, FSG, has entered a collaboration with NVIDIA to jointly develop manufacturing and testing solutions for next-generation Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and optical interconnect technologies. This strategic alignment aims to accelerate the industrialization of silicon photonics devices and optical engines, thereby addressing the escalating hardware demands of AI deployment.

Concurrently, market sentiment reacted sharply to the news; during the opening call auction, Roborock Technology shares traded at 695.00 yuan, reflecting a 6.92% increase from the previous close. At one point, the opening auction price touched the daily price limit of 780.00 yuan, representing a 20% surge.

Despite the positive market reaction, the company issued a clear risk warning regarding the commercial status of the partnership. Roborock Technology emphasized that the relevant products and technologies remain in the co-development phase with customers and have not yet achieved commercialization. Consequently, the firm currently holds no orders and has generated zero related sales revenue. Management indicated that this collaboration is unlikely to exert a significant impact on core business operations or financial performance in the near term, noting that subsequent stages—including market promotion, customer validation, and scaled production—remain subject to considerable uncertainty.
