This initiative targets a critical infrastructure gap by ensuring that value transfers executed by autonomous agents are trustworthy, traceable, and governable. The consortium emphasizes that cross-disciplinary collaboration is essential, as no single protocol can independently solve these challenges. The forthcoming document, expected within one to two months, will address AI agent payment permissions, regulatory compliance, and cross-chain interoperability.
