Per Woofun AI, Manifold AI has closed a multi-hundred-million-dollar financing round, elevating its total Pre-A funding to nearly $1 billion. The investor syndicate comprises Guoxin Fund, Yifeng Capital (a Temasek affiliate), BAIC Investment, and Core Capital. Founded by former SenseTime executive Dr. Wu Weibo and researchers from Tsinghua University's FIB Lab, the company boasts a core team that twice claimed the Waymo Autonomous Driving Simulation Challenge championship.
The firm’s proprietary real-time world model, WorldScape, serves as the foundational architecture for robot pre-training, enabling simultaneous mobility and manipulation. Utilizing a Mixture of Experts (MoE) structure, WorldScape has retained the top position on the WorldScore benchmark for nearly two months while employing only 10% of the parameter count of mainstream rivals. By integrating spatiotemporal predictive states with the WorldScape Policy action model, the system filters environmental noise such as complex lighting to enable sample-free precise control. This technology is currently deployed in e-commerce logistics and 3C manufacturing.
Concurrently, Manifold AI has launched the WorldArena benchmark in collaboration with dozens of research units to evaluate real-world decision-making capabilities across 6 dimensions and 16 metrics, shifting focus from video realism to practical utility for the CVPR 2026 World Simulator Challenge.
