This partnership is designed to bolster the infrastructure required to sustain the company's ambitious expansion into AI-driven services and technologies.

The deal encompasses the acquisition of computing power from two specific Crusoe facilities located in Childress, Texas, and Warrenton, Missouri. Collectively, these sites are projected to deliver approximately 1.6 gigawatts of capacity to Meta, significantly enhancing its operational scale for next-generation AI workloads.
