Elastic has agreed to acquire Deductive, an AI-driven software vulnerability detection and remediation company, for up to $85 million. Founded in 2023, Deductive made its public debut in November of last year upon announcing the completion of a $7.5 million seed round led by CRV, with participation from Databricks Ventures, Thomvest Ventures, and PrimeSet. that funding round valued the company at $33 million.
