Woofun AI reports that the Chinese Ministry of Commerce has officially designated 10 United States entities for inclusion on its export control list, effective June 22. The sanctioned parties include Aveox, Red Cat, and USA Rare Earth, marking a significant escalation in regulatory measures against specific American firms.
Under the new directives, all exporters are strictly prohibited from shipping dual-use items to the listed entities.
Furthermore, organizations or individuals globally are barred from transferring or providing Chinese-origin dual-use items to these targets. The ministry mandates the immediate cessation of any ongoing related export activities, with exceptions requiring formal legal application to the Ministry of Commerce.
