The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed. This strategic move integrates Acre’s Bitcoin storage and distribution technologies with Hypersurface’s on-chain volatility execution engine to deploy the HSBPI. Designed as an on-chain, managed Bitcoin strategy wallet, HSBPI focuses specifically on trading volatility. Monarq Asset Management, a quantitative digital asset investment firm, will manage the wallet's operations. Under the transition plan, existing Acre users may migrate their deposits to HSBPI while maintaining full control over their Bitcoin assets.
