Woofun AI reports that Marine Ventures has officially launched its inaugural fund, securing an initial capitalization of $100 million. The venture capital entity is spearheaded by BruceMao and receives strategic backing from Victor Ji, the co-founder and chief executive officer of Manta Network.

The firm has delineated three primary investment verticals to guide its capital deployment. These include early-stage native applications and those built upon artificial intelligence architectures, as well as autonomous teams comprised entirely of AI-driven entities.

Furthermore, Marine Ventures will allocate resources toward projects operating at the convergence of the AI and Web3 sectors.
