Woofun AI reports that Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) has incorporated GigaDevice Semiconductor into its holdings, assigning it a portfolio weight of 2.91%. The fund primarily targets memory chip manufacturers, including major players such as Samsung, Micron, and SK Hynix.
Critini Research analyst Jukan noted that GigaDevice Semiconductor serves as the parent company or affiliate of China's DRAM producer ChangXin Memory (CXMT). CXMT was established with involvement from GigaDevice founder Zhu Yiming, and the two entities maintain technological, foundry, and investment cooperation, signifying the first exposure of China's domestic DRAM industry in global ETFs.
