Robinhood Q2 Options Revenue Surges Past Crypto Amid Declining Digital Asset Volumes

Woofun AI reports that Robinhood anticipates its second-quarter options revenue of approximately $123 million will exceed income derived from cryptocurrency transactions.

This shift occurs as crypto transaction volumes continue to decline, with Q2 crypto revenue potentially falling below $134 million due to subdued institutional trading activity. The Rothera platform, a joint venture with Susquehanna, recorded over $900 million in transaction volume during its first week. In June, total nominal crypto transaction volume reached roughly $14 billion, split between $6 billion via the Robinhood App and $8 billion through Bitstamp, while stock transaction volume totaled approximately $343 billion.
