Woofun AI reports that JPMorgan's blockchain division, Kinexys, has integrated five Asia-Pacific currencies into its Blockchain Deposit Account (BDA) network. The newly supported assets include the Australian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Renminbi, and Singapore Dollar, bringing the total supported currency count to eight alongside the Euro, British Pound, and US Dollar. This expansion positions the platform as having the broadest currency support in global blockchain settlement and on-chain foreign exchange. Operating on JPMorgan's private blockchain, the BDA facilitates 24/7 settlement and programmable payments. Japanese energy firm JERA Global Markets is the first enterprise to utilize the Yen BDA for internal fund flow optimization. Kinexys has processed over $40 trillion in cumulative transactions, with daily volumes exceeding $7 billion.
