The initial stage involves substituting the Pedersen hashing algorithm with BLAKE2 for state commitments, contract addresses, and network configuration, alongside the integration of post-quantum consensus signatures like Falcon-512.

The subsequent phase prioritizes migration tools for existing contracts, while the final stage targets external dependencies tied to Ethereum, including bridge system calls and blob data availability, contingent upon Ethereum’s own migration trajectory.
