Woofun AI reports that bitFlyer Europe, a Luxembourg-based subsidiary of bitFlyer Holdings, has been granted a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) license by the Luxembourg Financial Supervisory Authority (CSSF). Effective June 26, this authorization allows the firm to offer cross-border services throughout all 27 European Union member states under the MiCA regulatory framework. bitFlyer confirmed that this represents the first instance of a Japanese cryptocurrency exchange obtaining a CASP license under MiCA.
