The non-custodial platform allows users to trade contracts tied to cryptocurrency prices and events like the 2026 World Cup, with plans to expand into sports, geopolitics, and macroeconomic markets.

All positions, settlements, and payouts are executed on-chain using Phantom's CASH stablecoin, while Chainlink provides the necessary data and settlement oracle infrastructure to minimize manual adjudication. World intends to partner with additional traditional finance and crypto front-end platforms for distribution in July.
