Silicon Flow Files Hong Kong IPO Application Under Chapter 18C Rules

Woofun AI reports that Beijing-based AI infrastructure startup Silicon Flow filed an application to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board under Chapter 18C of the Special Technology Companies Rules. Huatai International and Haitong International serve as joint sponsors for the listing.

Founded in August 2023, Silicon Flow operates as a third-party token provider offering API services and enterprise-grade MaaS platforms. The company has over 10 million registered users and served more than 13,000 corporate clients as of April 30, 2026. With daily token throughput peaking at 1.07 trillion, it ranks among China's top five token providers. Investors include Alibaba, HeboTech, and Innovation Works.
