Twelve Labs Raises $100M Series B for AI Video Search Tech

Woofun AI reports that Twelve Labs is conducting a $100 million Series B funding round, led by NEA and Naver Ventures, with participation from Radical Ventures, Index Ventures, and Korea Investment Partners. Amazon also contributes to the investment.

The San Francisco-based startup has signed a multi-year agreement with Amazon Web Services to host AI model workloads on AWS Trainium chips. Twelve Labs develops AI models designed to understand and retrieve video content, enabling efficient search and analysis of large video archives.
