Woofun AI reports that the ENS DAO public interest working group has officially ceased operations after four and a half years. Simona Pop, head of the group, confirmed the shutdown via social media.

In its sixth funding round, the group allocated 450,000 USDC and 72.5 ETH, valued at approximately $123,000, to Ethereum infrastructure initiatives including Vyper, Argot Collective, and Remix Labs. This included $375,000 in strategic funding provided in partnership with the Ethereum Foundation at a ratio of roughly 1:1.2.
