Woofun AI reports that Coinspect Security identified vulnerabilities in cryptocurrency wallet seeds generated via insecure code since 2018, finding thousands of such seeds in active use. Analysis revealed $3.14 million in suspected stolen funds within related wallets last month, including a $2 million transfer from a single address shortly after the alert. The firm warned that at-risk assets may be concentrated among Chinese-speaking users.
