Woofun AI reports that the Fabric Foundation has officially launched the ROBO governance system, establishing a dedicated space on the Snapshot platform. This initiative introduces a collaborative governance model where ROBO holders can vote without gas fees, with voting power proportional to token holdings. All proposals, votes, and decisions are publicly recorded to ensure transparency.

The foundation also formed a security committee to oversee management and mitigate risks such as vote buying. Founding members include Jerry Huang, Shivani Phull, and Clara Cheng. The governance process involves preliminary evaluation, community discussion, a five-day Snapshot voting period, and final council review. The first proposal regarding the system's initial phase is now open for community participation.
