Woofun AI data shows that U.S. technology companies have reached a record $850 billion in data center leasing commitments, representing a 204% year-over-year increase of $570 billion and a 31% quarterly rise of $200 billion.

Oracle holds the largest total commitment at approximately $250 billion, securing resources for OpenAI collaboration. Microsoft’s total commitments stand at around $197 billion after adding $41 billion, while Meta reached roughly $183 billion with an additional $79 billion in the first quarter of 2026.
