Woofun AI reports that Insigma Technology has completed a $500 million financing round, setting a new record for the largest single financing in the field of universal world models in China. The capital will support model research and technological innovation across three core areas: multimodal generation, real-time interaction, and physical-world action.
The company’s Vidu Q series integrates into professional content production, while the Vidu S1 model enables voice-controlled real-time video generation at 540P and 25FPS.
Additionally, Insigma open-sourced the Motus universal world model in December 2025 and launched the Motubrain robot control model in April 2026, achieving a 95.8% success rate on the RoboTwin 2.0 benchmark.
