Woofun AI reports that TeraWulf has executed a 20-year data center lease agreement with Anthropic to construct AI infrastructure in Kentucky. The facility, situated southwest of Louisville, will have a capacity of approximately 400 megawatts with power delivery scheduled for the second half of 2027. The deal is projected to generate $19 billion in revenue for TeraWulf, a Bitcoin miner transitioning to AI infrastructure.
