Woofun AI reports that TeraWulf has executed a 20-year lease agreement with Anthropic for the Justified Data facility located in Hawesville, Kentucky. The contract is projected to yield approximately $19 billion in revenue during the initial phase, supporting 401 MW of critical IT capacity. Construction will proceed in stages, with Phase 1 operations commencing in the second half of 2027 and full capacity achieved by early 2028.

Concurrently, TeraWulf announced the sale of a 50.1% stake in its Abernathy joint venture to an investor group led by partner Fluidstack. This transaction enables TeraWulf to realize a premium on its prior investment of approximately $450 million in the project.
