The plaintiffs assert that although Strategy disclosed in an 8-K filing the sale of 32 Bitcoin between May 26 and 31, Polymarket imposed new requirements for public confirmation by the deadline. They argue this post-resolution alteration of terms violated fairness principles and seek compensation for unrealized profits had the result been "yes", plus legal costs.
