Woofun AI reports that the Kenya Capital Markets Authority has initiated a tender for blockchain monitoring tools designed to track fraud, money laundering, and sanctions evasion across more than 20 public blockchains. This initiative supports law enforcement requirements under Kenya's new cryptocurrency legal framework. The proposed platform will automatically generate alerts for high-risk wallets, large transfers, mixers, darknet-associated addresses, and sanctioned entities, while screening transactions against United Nations and U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions lists.
