Woofun AI reports that SK Hynix's U.S. initial public offering has achieved an oversubscription rate exceeding seven times the target. The company is scheduled to finalize the offering price on Thursday.

The issuance involves 17.79 billion American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), drawing interest from global long-term funds, technology-focused investors, sovereign wealth funds, and Asian-market specialists. Each ADR represents one-tenth of a common share. Based on a closing price of 2.076 million Korean won ($1,380) per share, the total fundraising amount is approximately $24.5 billion. Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase lead the offering alongside nine other institutions.
