Woofun AI reports that decentralized AI protocol Prime Intellect has finalized a $130 million Series A financing round led by Radical Ventures. Participation also included NVIDIA Ventures, Intel Capital, Dell Technologies Capital, and existing investors, elevating total capital raised to more than $150 million.

Established in 2024, Prime Intellect develops an "open superintelligence stack" offering full-stack AI agent infrastructure covering computing, large-scale reinforcement learning, sandboxing, evaluation, and deployment. The company serves over 6,000 clients, including Ramp and Zapier, with annual revenue exceeding $100 million. Future plans involve expanding computing clusters and reinforcement learning capabilities while focusing on long-cycle agents, recursive language models, and continuous learning.
