Woofun AI reports that Prime Intellect has finalized a $130 million Series A funding round, establishing a $1 billion valuation for the AI infrastructure firm. Radical Ventures led the investment, with participation from NVIDIA Ventures, Intel Capital, and Dell Technologies Capital.

The company focuses on the "Open Superintelligence Stack", enabling enterprises to train and deploy agent-centric AI without relying on closed-source providers. Prime Intellect states it serves over 6,000 customers with annual revenue surpassing $1 billion. Ramp utilized the platform to train a 35B model, achieving higher accuracy than Claude Opus, 27% faster speed, and reduced costs.
