Woofun AI reports that Circle Ventures has invested in Elliptic, a provider of blockchain analysis and compliance services, with the investment size remaining undisclosed. Elliptic recently closed a $120 million Series D round in May, led by One Peak and including Nasdaq Ventures and Deutsche Bank.

Additionally, Circle has joined Elliptic's "Agentic Design Partners Program" to develop compliance tools for AI agents. Elliptic noted that Circle has been a long-term client and has broadened its compliance scope across various digital asset projects.
