Woofun AI reports that Elon Musk acknowledged on X that he previously underestimated Anthropic, now designating it as "undoubtedly the leader in the AI industry." Musk highlighted that no rival has released models matching the quality of Mythos and Fable, noting that Anthropic is preparing to launch Mythos 2.

Musk further stated that despite being a competitor, he refuses to engage in harmful practices against Anthropic. He cited Tesla's decision to open-source its patents and grant competitors access to the Supercharger network, as well as SpaceX's adherence to fair competition terms, as examples of his approach.
