SK Hynix Raises $26.5B in Record-Breaking U.S. ADR Offering

Woofun AI reports that SK Hynix completed a $26.5 billion American Depositary Receipt offering in the United States, establishing a new record for the largest foreign company IPO in the U.S. and ranking as the third-largest global securities offering in history.

The issuance comprised 1.779 billion ADRs priced at $149 each, representing one-tenth of common stock, with a 3% premium over Korean closing prices. Trading begins Friday on Nasdaq under the temporary ticker "SKHYV", switching to "SKHY" on July 13th. Led by Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan, the deal saw over 7x oversubscription with nearly $200 billion in intended orders.
