Woofun AI reports that Elon Musk has significantly revised his assessment of Anthropic, now identifying the firm as the leading entity in artificial intelligence. Musk acknowledged a prior misunderstanding, stating that no other organization has released models surpassing Mythos and Fable in quality.

This shift follows a business agreement in May where Anthropic leased SpaceX’s Colossus 1 data center, gaining access to over 220,000 NVIDIA GPUs. After engaging with senior executives, Musk described them as highly capable and committed to ethical standards, noting that they did not trigger his "evil detector." He previously characterized Anthropic as "anti-human" and "hypocritical" earlier this year.
