Woofun AI data shows that six major technology firms—Amazon, Alphabet, NVIDIA, Meta, Oracle, and SpaceX—have collectively issued $182 billion in investment-grade bonds since 2026. This volume represents a 1300% increase compared to the approximately $13 billion issued during the same period in 2025.
These entities account for nearly 15% of total U.S. corporate bond issuance year-to-date and drive over 50% of the growth in the sector. The U.S. market recorded seven bond deals exceeding $250 billion, matching the total count from 2019 to 2025. Six of these mega-deals originated from the aforementioned tech group, while Salesforce accounted for the seventh.
