Woofun AI reports that cross-border payment provider Nium has acquired crypto payment platform Cypher. As part of the integration, Cypher is discontinuing its consumer application, business card platform, and CYPR ecosystem. Operations will continue until September 6, with Cypher cards remaining valid through August 7.
