This initiative establishes an on-chain mechanism to resolve transaction conflicts arising between AI agents, addressing the limitations of traditional legal frameworks in handling high-speed automated interactions.

The protocol unifies AI-native payment, custody, and dispute resolution into a single interoperable infrastructure. It maintains compatibility with established agent protocol standards, specifically Coinbase x402, ERC-8004, and Google A2A, ensuring seamless integration within existing ecosystems.
