The investigation reveals that the attacker initiated a malicious proposal on June 30, 2026, requiring voting power equivalent to 1% of BONK's circulating supply. Between July 4 and 5, the attacker accumulated the necessary votes through exchange purchases and approximately $4 million in loans via marginfi.
