Robinhood Founder Seed Leak Drives $1 Meme Coin Pump to $14M Before Freeze

Woofun AI reports that Robinhood's founder had their mnemonic seed phrase exposed during a livestream, allowing hackers to seize control of the associated wallet. The intruders utilized the compromised address to aggressively purchase the $1 meme coin, driving its market capitalization from approximately $500,000 to $14 million within a short timeframe. This surge attracted thousands of investors, resulting in roughly $20 million in trading volume over two hours before the token's price collapsed. Following the freeze of the primary address by Robinhood's RPC, which blocked transaction inclusion in blocks, the hacker migrated to the BNB Chain. There, they issued new tokens and executed wash trading to facilitate a final cash-out.
