Woofun AI reports that Circle's affiliated public chain Arc has likely undergone a private launch, as indicated by on-chain activity. Cross-chain protocols LayerZero and LI.FI have been deployed to the Arc network, yet no public testing phase has been announced for the community.

Arc is defined as a public Layer 1 blockchain serving as the "Economic Operating System of the Internet", offering infrastructure for stablecoins and tokenized assets. Following the ARC Whitepaper release in May, the public testnet launched in October 2025, with mainnet deployment targeted for summer 2026.
