Woofun AI reports that 2U2.ai has closed a $3 million strategic financing round, establishing a project valuation of $100 million. The investment was led by Vega Venture, with participation from Archer Capital, UZ Capital, and Infinite Alliance.

The capital will be deployed to enhance the MemeLayer infrastructure, broaden ecosystem partnerships, and accelerate the deployment of AI memes in content creation, community engagement, and attention distribution. 2U2.ai is developing an AI-driven MemeLayer for Web3 that links creators, communities, and projects through generation, remixing, distribution, and incentives. The platform currently operates the Meme Arms Race points system, allowing users to earn rewards for creating and sharing meme content to access future ecological incentives.
