Woofun AI reports that CleanSpark has executed a $6.6 billion, 20-year data center leasing agreement with an undisclosed global technology corporation. The deal encompasses the company's Sandersville, Georgia campus and grants the partner exclusive rights to CleanSpark's Texas data center portfolio, which offers up to 885 megawatts of capacity. Following the announcement, CleanSpark (CLSK) shares rose more than 24% in pre-market trading before settling at a 16.42% gain.
