Woofun AI reports that publicly listed Bitcoin mining firms CleanSpark, BitFuFu, and Canaan all experienced month-on-month declines in BTC production during June. CleanSpark’s output fell to 614 BTC from 671 BTC, BitFuFu dropped to 125 BTC from 177 BTC, and Canaan decreased to 64 BTC from 90 BTC.
The production drops occurred despite a reduction in Bitcoin mining difficulty by over 10% in mid-June. CleanSpark’s average operating hash rate declined from 46 EH/s to 43 EH/s. BitFuFu’s total hash rate fell from 19.5 EH/s to 15 EH/s due to lower hosted capacity, although its self-owned hash rate has risen to 3.5 EH/s; Canaan attributed its decline to power grid maintenance at specific mining sites.
