Woofun AI reports that data center developer CleanSpark has executed a 20-year infrastructure lease agreement with an undisclosed investment-grade technology firm at its Sandersville, Georgia site. The contract is structured as a Net Net N lease and includes two five-year renewal options. Revenue is projected at approximately $6.6 billion during the initial term, potentially rising to $11.6 billion if both renewals are exercised. The facility will support 175 megawatts of critical IT load, with deliveries commencing in the fourth quarter of 2027.
