Woofun AI reports that DeepSeek has officially closed its first round of funding, with business registration updates confirming new shareholder additions. The operating entity’s registered capital increased from ¥15 million to ¥16.4475 million following the investment.

The National Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund holds approximately 0.28% directly, while Hangzhou Chengli holds about 8.52% as a joint platform for other investors. Tencent owns over 33% of Hangzhou Chengli, with CATL, JD.com, Netease, IDG, Monolith, ShiXiang, and Zhengxin Valley also listed as stakeholders in the platform.
