Woofun AI reports that DeFi yield platform Summer.fi has ceased operations following an attack on the Lazy Summer Protocol on July 6. The incident resulted in approximately $6.1 million in losses, with significant portions of team assets stored in compromised wallets, thereby depleting funds required for reconstruction.

The Summer.fi application will continue to function until August 31.Meanwhile, the Lazy Summer DAO is engaged in efforts to restore all wallet withdrawals and redemptions.
