Woofun AI reports that Glacis Labs, a cryptocurrency asset liquidation firm, has finalized a $6.8 million seed funding round. The transaction was led by Lightspeed Faction, with participation from Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures, A.GAIN, Protein Capital, and Techni Ventures.

The fundraising process, initiated in late last year, concluded in March as a single-round agreement. Under the terms, Lightspeed Faction obtained a non-voting observer seat on the company's board of directors.
