Although he retains his co-founder status and 50% equity stake, Bukov will no longer participate in operations, product architecture, or security tasks. He previously designed core systems including the 1inch Router, Fusion, and cross-chain swaps.

Concurrently, he has founded Second Tier, an independent DeFi infrastructure company focused on linking user economic intent with on-chain execution.
