Woofun AI reports that Keyrock has finalized the acquisition of BlockFills’ institutional trading and brokerage assets for $3.25 million, selected during the latter’s bankruptcy reorganization. The transaction transfers BlockFills’ trading technologies, institutional client relationships, and derivatives trading team to Keyrock.

Keyrock intends to broaden its regulatory presence by establishing a CIMA entity in the Cayman Islands and an FCA-approved entity in the UK. This move follows Keyrock’s Series C financing completion earlier this year at a $1.1 billion valuation, led by SC Ventures with participation from Ripple, which previously led the $72 million Series B round in 2022.
