Woofun AI reports that X has upgraded its Creator Revenue Share Program anti-cheat mechanisms to target engagement baiting and content plagiarism. The platform removed nearly 4,000 accounts today after identifying repeated violations, such as soliciting replies, using its Grok AI system. X stated that its updated content identification model detects duplicate content three times more efficiently than previous versions, ensuring that simple modifications like watermarks do not qualify for revenue. Approximately 1.5 million instances of stolen content were identified during this cycle, with commercial display revenue returned to original posters. Nikita Bier confirmed that over $1 million will be redistributed to original creators, while accounts attempting to evade detection face revocation of revenue eligibility.
