Woofun AI reports that Ethereum scaling solution MegaETH has concluded its two-year Mega Mafia incubation initiative. The program supported approximately 20 teams in securing roughly $80 million in aggregate funding. Despite this financial success, the majority of incubated projects have departed the MegaETH ecosystem. Flagship project GTE is building an independent blockchain, Noise migrated to Base, and HelloTrade moved to Monad.

Additionally, Avon and Valhalla ceased operations, while Cap adopted a multi-chain strategy. MegaETH did not take equity or governance stakes in these ventures, a model the team acknowledges failed to secure long-term project retention.
